    Easy to grow and maintain
Sugar apple is normally fairly low maintenance and quite easy to grow.
A full sun / partial sun and moderate amount of water in a well-draining soil.
    Will bear fruit in 2
    nd
    to 3
    rd
    year.
Depending on the temperature, soil, light, and care, it will take 3 to 6 weeks to germinate.  The best time to get these seeds to germinate is late Spring through early Fall when the temperature is very hot (HIGH eighties Fahrenheit and ABOVE).  Germinate seeds in regular potting soil.
The germination and growth will vary by the type of soil, temperature, water, light etc. and instructions are followed, they will germinate and grow. However, we have no control on soil, temperature, water and light and therefore you are solely responsible.
Start the seed out in a pot, then leave in a pot or transfer to the ground for a bigger plant/fruit.
NOTE: The color, shape, texture, smell etc of the seeds will vary based on the amount of sunshine, temperature, rain, etc. and I have no control over it, however they are fresh and will germinate if instructions are followed.
    Growing Instructions:
    Seed Preparation
Sugar apple seeds may take 30 days or longer to germinate. Speeding up the process is possible, but it cuts down on the percentage of seeds that will germinate. If you choose to accelerate the germination process, treat the seeds before planting by either soaking them in room-temperature water for three days or by scarifying them. Although there are several ways to accomplish scarification – breaking the seed coat – the easiest and safest ways include using baby nail clippers to snip a tiny opening in the seed coat or rubbing the seed between two pieces of sandpaper.
    Planting
Plant the sugar apple seeds 3/4-inch deep into the moist planting mix. Place the container in a shaded area where the temperature remains above 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the soil evenly moist during germination, but be careful not to overwater it or the seeds will rot.
In US hardiness zone 9 to 11, once the plant is 6 to 12 inches tall, plant in a sunny location and water regularly. In 2 to 3 years it will bear fruit.
