    Description

    A neckerchief issued by the Boy Scouts for the Bicentennial celebration.  The design shows a Cub, an Explorer, and a Scout as a fife and drum corp superimposed over a large fleur-de-lis.  The neckerchief has a small stain which could probably be classified as "box dirt".  Otherwise the neckerchief appears to be new.
    With it is a mint generic patch also commemorating the Bicentennial.  This patch is NOT a Boy Scout item.
