  • Condition: This is a brand new neckerchief that hasn't been worn but I marked it as used because there is a small blemish on the neckerchief that looks like it was from a piece of tape. I didn't try to clean this off but it might come out with a little TLC. Please see attached photos.

    Description

    This is a brand new neckerchief from the contingent troop 853 of the Yosemite Area Council for the 1977 National Scout Jamboree held at Moraine State Park, Pennsylvania. This would make a nice collectible for any Yosemite Area Council collector and especially for someone that attended this jamboree with troop 853. Please see the attached photos, there is a blemish on the neckerchief, I believe it may have been a piece of tape and haven't tried to clean it off.
