Collect the flower heads to make a healthful medicinal tea.

Germination Procedure
: Requires sunlight to germinate. Likewise, sow on the soil surface and gently press the seeds in a way that they are exposed to the sun and cozy in the moisture of the soil. Tip: Expose seeds to alternating temperatures (fluctuate between 65-85 degrees) for best germination results! Keep seeds and soil moist throughout the germination time: 1-2 weeks.
