* Our Non-GMO, Open-Pollinated Asian greens mix is a rare combination of amaranth, pak choi, tatsoi and various mustards including green, red and purple.
* The Asian leafy mix is heat tolerant and very adaptable to different climates.
* The Asian greens mix packs a real flavor punch and is commonly used by Japanese chefs and is also a very popular mix in Europe.
* The Asian mix was not only created for a flavor sensation but also extreme visual appeal.  It has a range of textures, colors and forms making it unique from other Asian green mixes and micro-greens combos.
* This would be a great salad mix for the beginner grower as each variety is hardy, fast growing and relatively disease resistant.  In fact, some of the brassicas contained in this mix will help repel insects, deer and rabbits from your garden with their strong aromas.
* This mix also contains a LOT of antioxidants with the various colors of reds, and purples which are rich sources of powerful anthocyanins! These anthocyanins may help boost the immune system, prevent disease and keep you in a healthy state.

Sowing- Indoors in Well Draining mix but moisten mix first overnight then sow the very tiny seeds onto the surface of the medium and cover with 1/8" to 1/4" moist seedling mix.  Next, cover the seed tray with a dome and then lightly spray once a day if you see mix is becoming dry.
Days to Maturity-~30-40
Sowing Depth-1/8"-1/4"
