    Description

    I think the Water Buffalo slide is from The Philippines. Each neckerchief slide is hand carved by the Scouter back in the 1960's (as far as I know).. A neat piece of Scouting folk art. Good used original condition with some scrapes on the paint, and other signs of use but may need to be cleaned up a bit
