Description
5-Pack BS170 MOSFETsThis listing is for a package of five (5) BS170 N-Channel MOSFETs. The BS170 is, perhaps along with the 2N7000, one of the most common MOSFETs out there for DIY/hobbiest electronics, including audio effects and electronics. These transistors are NOS - 'New Old Stock' - they have never been used or installed, but they may have been sitting for some time, and they often do not have original packaging. These come from various sources and brand/appearance may vary slightly, but all of the BS170's we sell use the same TO-92 casing and conform to the same set of specifications. To ensure the best results for our customers,
we
test each one of these before shipping
them in order to ensure that you don't receive DOA ('Dead On Arrival') components in your batch.
