The are two - 360 degree rotating rings that keeps the flag from wrapping around the pole. Also, the rings can adjust up and down the pole to fit most flag sizes. There are 2 clips that attach to the flag. It has 5 easy to assemble parts. The flag pole weight is 1 pound and 6 ounces. The bracket is made of aluminum. It can position the pole in either a 45 or 90 degree angle. It weight is 5 ounces. It comes with a pack of screws and wing nuts. It is a gray color.
