    This grey neckerchief is from the merged council of Chautauqua County New York.
    It has a green design and letters.
    Arrowhead with a square knot.
    Chautauqua County Council Brian Patch Men BSA.
    This neckerchief is used but presents very well.
    Nice old piece from this hard to get merged council.
    Chautauqua County Council merged in 1973 with Elk Lick to form Allegheny Highlands Council.
