This is an old needle book from the 50's. They're Vogue brand needles, known for their very slim acute points needed for easier piercing of fine and densely woven fabrics.
The needles are divided up on the card by their use .The needle threader is missing.
The card measures 6" x 3 1/2" closed. "Nickel Plated Rust Proof" is printed inside.
The graphics are the same on both sides. It's a picture of "Sewing Susan" and her two friends sitting together admiring their needles.
