Brand new, first quality, in retail packaging.  This is the Big Roc 1/2" Drive Air Impact Wrench.  Please remember to oil your air tool daily before use with a quality air tool oil.  Always wear proper eye and hearing protection.  And remember, match your air tool to the job.  A 1/4" air ratchet capable of 30 ft-lbs torque is fine for small fasteners, but will not remove frozen lug nuts.  Similarly, a monster air tool capable of 1,500 ft-lbs is way overkill for most jobs.  So, this 400 ft-lbs max torque model is a good general purpose model.  But, as you become more advanced in the jobs you perform, you will need other air tools with different capabilities and features.
