    This is for 1 scout woggle.
    The woggle is made from glow in the dark paracord.
    For the woggle to glow properly, it needs to be exposed to light for several minutes.
    The inside diameter of the woggle is approximately 3/4 inch.
    The woggle design is handmade woven knot and is called Turk's Head Knot.
    A woggle or slide is used to fasten a neckerchief or scarf around the neck of any scout.
    The woggle is very tight around the neckerchief or scarf and does not slide easily.
