BOY SCOUTS 1960'S vintage WOOD TRAINING BADGE NECKERCHIEF- TOOLING COWHIDE

I think this is from around the 1960s but I am not sure. It is a Boyscouts tooling cowhide neckercheif slide kit. Used open package, I do not know if this is complete or not. But should be usable to someone.
