    Nice embroidered Nip-So-Val neckerchief. I’m assuming this is some kind of Scouting neckerchief from the Northeast part of the US, since it was in with other neckerchiefs from that area. This neckerchief appears lightly used. But, please refer to the image for the actual condition however.
