    In 2006 Old Baldy Council #43 (OBC) was split into California Inland Empire Council (CIEC) and San Gabriel Valley Council (SGVC). Since then SGVC has merged with Los Angeles Area Council (LAAC) to become Greater Los Angeles Area Council (GLAAC). Old Baldy Council was served by Order of the Arrow Navajo Lodge #98 from 1937 to 2006. The council was original formed as the Pomona Council in 1917, but chagned it's name to Old Baldy in 1921. The council served portions of Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. The official name of Mount Baldy is Mount San Antonio.
