    BSA PSC SMCC 3 different plastic neckerchief slides - Pacific Skyline Council -
    There are 3 nicely Home Made Neckerchief Slides of shrunk plastic craft.
    In 1993 SMCC merged with Stanford Area to form Pacific Skyline Council.
    Neckerchief Slides are also known as Woggles. A device to replace the knot in a tie.

    The loop is a cut piece of plastic PVC pipe. Adhesive holds the loop on.
    Measures approximately 46 mm wide by 38 mm tall.
