    Description

    BSA Vintage 1960's Norfolk, VA, Red/white council shoulder strip.
    Condition is USED.   Was sewn on uniform at one time.
    Seller's father was a Cub Scout & Boy Scout in Norfolk, VA in the 60's & 70's.
    These strips came off his uniform when Tidewater Council Shoulder strips became available.   The red/whites have been in his collection ever since.
