Boy Scout Neckerchief Vintage Scarf BSA Embroidered West Point 1976
This hand embroidered BSA neckerchief is in excellent condition.
The white Boy Scout scarf is hand embroidered: “Spirit of ‘76” “14
th
West Point Camporee”.
A Spirit of ’76 graphic is embroidered on the scarf – it almost resembles a patch in style but it is all hand done. Beautiful handiwork!
There is a card insert from “Chief Neckerchief®” Henry J Wostbrock from Midland Park, N.J. We aren’t sure if this was a previous owner or the maker of the scarf.
Edged in red piping.
It is triangle shaped. Measures just over 40 inches across at the longest point x 30 inches at the two shorter sides. Good condition with all edges and stitching in place.
