    Bugle Phono Preamp Kit (Assembled) with Bugle Power Supply, built into a cigar box. I have the manual for both the preamp and the power supply. These are the original Bugle editions, circa 2003/2004 - well-regarded phono preamp. It's been a while since I messed with it but there is noise and either low or no signal on one channel - other side sounds fine. My gut says it's something simple like a ground connection but I am not sure and have realized I'm not going to have time to chase it down myself.
