    Butterfly bush is a semi evergreen shrub of about 12'-18' tall with grey-green foliage. in late summer and early fall its arching canes bear at their tips long, 6-10", cones of densely packed, wonderfully perfumed, lavender or red or black or white or dwarf miss ruby red, flowers. they are very attractive to butterflies and humming birds.
