    Description

    Golden Zucchini Summer Squash (Cucurbita pepo) was introduced by W. Atlee Burpee in 1973. It since has become a staple in the garden and is very good for you packed full of nutrients and vitamins. Not as high yielding as the green winter squash variety, but high yielding nevertheless. Best to harvest when fruits of this bush plant reach 6"-8"
