High Quality Generic Replacement Stylus that is an Exact Specification Match for JVC Cartridges with model numbers
    DT-45

    DT45
    DT45B
It is also a slight downgrade in specification for JVC Cartridges with model numbers
    DT-45E
    DT45E
Note: There are many other dealers on eBay who sell this slight downgrade as an exact match for the DT-45E, be aware that I will never sell you a downgrade unless it is clear that it is a downgrade!
Also notel: Even though it is a slight downgrade for the DT-45E, know that it is still a High Quality Generic, it will still have
    great
sound! The only difference is that the DT-45E replacement stylus has slightly more detail. The DT-45/DT-45B stylus is still very good sound!

    for the Stylus including shipping!!!
    That happens a lot!!!!!
    Do not get fooled!
One (1) New, High Quality Generic Replacement Stylus with proper alignment. It is an Artistic Audio LBA-D6C
This is one (1) single generic stylus that is
    much better quality
than those competitors who are selling styluses like this for around .00. This Stylus Features Excellent Alignment, something you cannot say for the ten buck brand. Alignment has to do with whether the tip of the stylus is pointing straight down. With the .00 brand, most of the time the tip is pointing a little off from straight down, and this is enough to
Distort by limiting the frequency response, because the stylus is not straight between the groves
Create distortion that is easily heard, because the stylus is touching one grove at an angle
Throw the channel balance off considerably (one speaker always louder than the other)
    Permanently damage the vinyl
The original JVC cartridges were OEMed (electronics speak that means sold to JVC and many other brands) by Audio-Technica. The original JVC cartridge model numbers include
    DT-45
    ,
    DT-45B
    ,
    DT45
    and
    DT45B
. These styluses rival the performance of the original Audio-Technica styluses ($for 25) at a fraction of the cost.
    The
    LBA-D6C
    has a List Price of
    .00
However, I purchased a ton of them from as a promotional item from my stylus distributor. I will sell these styluses at the promo rate listed. I actually lose a few dollars with every transaction, once you figure in the postage. Every time I sell one, eBay marks one more in the sold column. When I reach a certain number of sales, the price will go up, slightly, When I reach the next level, they will go up a little more. With each sale the page shows another unit sold and I get a shot at feedback. The styluses I purchased are ivory colored plastic. By buying hundreds, I got a great deal from my distributor. Because I made my purchase at a great discount I am passing the savings on to you!
    These JVC Cartridges (
    DT-45
    ,
    DT-45B
    ,
    DT45
    ,
    DT45B
) were pre-packaged in many models of JVC, but Audio-Technica also made them for Technics, Panasonic, Quasar and MCS turntables, HOWEVER, these are not the only Technics, Panasonic, Quasar, Dual, Hitachi, Kenwood, Marantz, Optinica, Pioneer, Sansui, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Yamaha, and MCS cartridge that came with turntables.
To further complicate things, several brands of cartridges were discontinued in the 90s when some of the cartridge manufacturers went out of business. These were the "dark days" of the turntable (presently, more new vinyl records are sold every day than new CDs)! I was a JVC, SONY, Hitachi, Technics and Panasonic dealer when this went down, so I know what happened first hand!
Anyway, when dealers tried to order styluses for the models of cartridges that were no longer made, we received different makes and models of cartridges to sell to our customers who wanted a stylus!
    So........
Some turntables that say they have one of the older cartridges (from the original cartridge companies that closed) have the original stylus number on the turntable, but the turntable owner replaced the cartridge when they could no longer buy the stylus from the original cartridge manufacturer. How do you know for certain what you need??? You
    HAVE,?
to look at the numbers on the cartridge!!!
It is always wise to proceed with caution...Send me a message by clicking “Ask Seller A Question in the lower right part of this web page. Send me cartridge model numbers from the cartridge, and feel free to attach a photo of what you have, just to make sure!
