    Description

    Fairchild Bipolar silicone NPN TO-92 transistors for sale. RoHS. 10pcs per lot. Great for audio applications, such as differentials, pre-amps, phono section in audio circuits. Complimentary transistor (PNP) is the KSA992fbu which we also have listed for sale. Often better than the original you are replacing because of better manufacturing processes.
    The "TA" in the model number refers to originating from a tape reel. "F" is the production batch. The hfe (gain) is between 480-500.
