Brand new, old stock. Genuine Motorola, not a Chinese knockoff. Clean, showing no discoloration or corrosion. Gold plated leads. Specs:
Vce = 80 Volt DC
Ic = 2 Amp DC
hFE = 60 minimum
I tested all of these, and all have a hFE of > 120.
