Disk flutter correction principle
Analog discs are usually made mainly of vinyl chloride, and are subject to distortion due to the storage method and ambient temperature, etc., and cannot be restored to their original shape. As a result, stylus skipping occurs during playback, and the sound quality is adversely affected.
The semiconductor film heater installed in the DF-01iA keeps the inside of the disk flutter at the optimum temperature for correcting the analog disk, and ORB's unique SCVH (Super Compliance Variable Hinge) structure enables uniform pressure over the entire analog disk. did.
Since the outer peripheral part (groove guard) of the analog disc is pressed during pressurization, it does not affect the sound groove.
