    One-of-a kind Primitive finish frame.  No two look alike.  Very unique and durable finish...
    Used picture frame rescued from local sale.  Re-purposed with old-look primitive finish.  I use a finishing process developed by my sister, and applied to everything from small craft items to large pieces of furniture.  It's very durable and gives that highly sought after primitive look so popular today.  Picture frame is all wood, with my special finish applied to front and sides.  Frame weighs 1 lb. 8 0z.
    Look at the close-up corner photo attached to get real idea of surface finish.  Frame top surface is flat - no profiles.
    Back of frame, and inside rabbet and offset where art and glass will fit is finished in flat black.
    You are bidding on the frame only -- there is no glass or backer included.

    For an inexpensive place to buy small pieces of glass, check your local dollar stores.  They always have 4 x 6", 5 x 7" and 8 x 10" frames. Sometimes you can even find 11 x 14" frames there.  Glass is less expensive here if you buy the frame for the glass only and throw away the cheap import frame.
