Pristine Midland Model 13-775B Handheld Citizens Band Radio in Original Box!

Description

This is a handheld Midland Model 13-775B 5-watt, 6-channel Citizens Band or CB Radio Transceiver from 1968, complete with its original box! I found this at an estate sale in Freeport, Maine; the original owner, a prominent doctor, passed away in 1978, and I imagine it has not been used since.
I put batteries in it, turned it on, extended the long antenna and fiddled with the controls, and I did hear human voices, but I never did figure out how to use it, and now I’m running out of space so it’s time to pass it along to another collector. As you can see, it’s in pristine, very clean condition (even the box looks like it just left the store!) and measures 10”h x 3”w x 2”d. If you’ve always wanted one of these, this is your lucky day. Best of all, I am offering it here with NO RESERVE – high bidder takes it!
