Tank size may vary, tested on 10 gallons to 220 gallons feeding once a day, 9 hours of lighting. It all depends on your nutrients, Nitrates, Phosphates levels, how much you feed and what additives you use. It's just finding that perfect balance. Chaeto growth will also vary on different types of lighting, you can run the lighting 24/7 or alternate the light with you display tank and with the lighting again it's just finding that perfect balance.
