    Roquette Arugula (Eruca vesicaria var. sativa), or "Rocket Arugula", is an herb from the mustard family with a robust peppery-mustard flavor. The greens from this biennial are great mixed with other greens to make a salad mix. Arugula is also very widely used to make pesto.
