25 Shishito Seeds, Freshly harvested in Sept/Oct 2021 for 2022 - open-pollinated grown without herbicides and pesticides.
Pepper pods are around 3.5 inches long, thin-walled, with slightly sweet mild pepper taste.  Not spicy at all. These are great to pan fry for a minute or two with some olive oil and salt.   Plants can grow tall up to 40" tall.  Pick peppers when green or red.  Keep peppers picked to keep plants productive.  Plants are upright and don't bush out much- benefits from staking or cage.
Perfect to grow for an appetizer or for adding mild pepper flavor.  65 days to harvest green - 75-80 for red peppers.
Germination rate 80% at 75 F in 14-20 days.

Tips:
Store seeds in a cool, dry place, seeds can stay viable for several years when properly stored
Start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost, plant outdoors once evening temperatures remain above 50 F.
