    Shogoin Turnip (Brassica rapa), also known as Japanese Foliage or Japanese Salad, is a well known Japanese turnip. This annual will produce 6”- 8” Snow White globe shaped roots, but are best harvested young at 3”- 4”. Will also produce tasty broad leaf green tops that span 20”-24”. Excellent for soups, salads and stir-fries. Tolerant to heat and drought
