Excellent condition - No damage that I can find. I'm not sure who the maker is. The glass has a clear base with a twisted stem. The bowl part is vaseline glass. No markings that I can find. It measures 5 3/4" tall and it does glow under a black light. There's a quarter in one of the photos for a size reference.
