The strobe mirror is corroded and cannot be seen. (It is not possible to check the rotation speed numerically.)
There are scratches and dirt.
There are no accessories.

This product is a Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) product.
The plug type is A and the input voltage is 100V AC.
Depends on the country ’s voltage level though, you need a conversion connector or a voltage converter.
If you use this item in different voltage, it can be broken.
