25 Tiny Tim micro dwarf tomato seeds were harvested July-Aug 2022 for 2023 growing season - open-pollinated grown without herbicides and pesticides.
This is an ideal variety for growing in containers, either inside under grow lights or outside in full to partial sun.  A great option for patios or to extend your growing season since you can move them outside on warmer days.  The plant and tomato size depends on the size of container, recommend is 2-5 gallon container for optimal tomato production.  Plants will typically reach 12-18 inches high, and when it sets fruit will require staking.  No pruning is required.  This is not a cherry tomato, and tastes more like a regular size tomato, perfect for salad or use in cooking.
Tiny Tim tomatoes are open-pollinated and a determinate tomato.  65 Days to harvest.  Grows best between 60-90 degrees F.
Tiny Tim Tomatoes were developed by the University of New Hampshire and introduced in 1945.  it is a 'rugose' type of tomato meaning it grows stout and short so it's more manageable.
Germination rate:  90+% in 5-7 days at 70 degrees F, tested on 8-14-2022
