the price is per single Pair and please select from the listing photo showing Idss values and the Matching values are more than adequate for most applications. You can see the Parameters used on the Curve tracer photo
Curve Tracer puts out values to 10 uA when selected cursor position. Curve tracer takes time to check individual FET checking but eliminates chances of Fakes ( since I bought these more than a decade back from well known and reliable sellers, I have not found any fake FETs)
Also note these are bordering on the V grade FET values. Some of these pairs were originally bought as Matched high IDSS pairs. You cannot get these ranges easily.
Ask questions before bidding - international shipping is expensive and it may be preferable for full set of 10 pairs
