Antique & ornate Art Nouveau candle holders! The tops of the candle holders have four bird heads. There are four winged birds along the bases. I think the feet of the candle holders are supposed to be the birds' fluffy tails. These are approximately 12" tall. The bases are footed and are about 5" x 5". The bases are weighted.
These are very beautiful and unique, but they have sustained some damage over the years. There are several dings in places. There are spots where the brass is bent and split. Some of the feet have been bent out of place. Patina can be found in several places as well. I have tried to show most of the damage in pictures, so please inspect carefully as you consider your purchase.
Some collectors will find these flaws distracting. Others will feel they tell a story - bringing life and character to an antique item.
