    Description

Two Vintage Boy Scouts of America Neckerchiefs - One with 1964 Camp Belzer Patch
The item being offered is a pair of vintage Boy Scouts of America neckerchiefs. One is light yellow and has a burgundy color diamond shaped pattern with the words
    FELLOWSHIP  SCOUTING  PIONEER  SHOWANDO
    and
    CIC
    which stands for
    Central Indiana Council
. Also inside the diamond is a square blue field with thirteen white stars and a hand with the Boy Scout salute. I was in the Boy Scouts and have never seen this logo before. The edges of the neckerchief  have been cut by pinking shears and are unfinished. The second one is yellow orange and is an official Boy Scouts neckerchief. It has a patch sewn on over a white BSA logo. The patch is a 45th anniversary patch for Camp Belzer which was originally founded as Chank-Tun-Un-Gi in 1919. Both measure approximately 41" from corner to corner by 20". Both are in very good condition and come from a smoke free home.
