    Description

    I acquired this neckerchief as a scout in the 1960s and it has been in storage for decades. Alhtaha Council was located in Passaic County, New Jersey. The Council’s summer camp was located in Stillwater, in Sussex County, NJ. Barely visible stain in “tail” of neckerchief (no where near the design). I offer free shipping.
