Two issues are no needle is in the head so we can test for audio. Lastly, the tone arm doesn't move on its own, I read this is from a belt that will need to be changed. No dust cover is included with this unit. The wood is in excellent condition, this is an absolutely gorgeous turntable. Due to the described issues, this unit is being sold as is.
