    Vintage Boy Scout Neckerchief - Buffalo Bill Summer Camp Staff. I staffed Buffalo Bill Summer Camp in 1975 or 1976 through the Montana Council. We moved our summer camp program to service scouts from the eastern section of the state of Montana. We had the opportunity to purchase some of the local council items. I am the original owner of this neckerchief. As you can see, it is still in its original packaging. Thanks for looking.
