Vintage Key Shaped Celluloid Brooch Rhinestones, Carved Design
This distinctive old cream colored celluloid brooch is in the stylized shape of a key. In the center is a carved strip with a textured background and 2 asymmetrical sections of flowers - all but the petals are colored light brown.. On either side of the strip are rows of clear rhinestones surrounded by dark brown paint. It's 1 3/4 inches across at the top and 2 1/8 inches high. A bit of the brown color around the rhinestones and on the carved design has strayed in the the cream edge. The round celluloid pads holding the clasp and the pin have some discoloration.
