    Description

    For Sale we have an interesting one, a vintage Mountain Computer FileSafe 800 external SCSI tape drive with a very unusual form factor.  The power supply is a separate box that clips and screws on to the back of the tape drive such that the tape drive can be used for multiple applications or the power supply can service multiple devices.  I've never seen such a thing as this before and think that certainly a collector would like it.  It's got a 25-pin SCSI connector like for a Macintosh on it, but there are adapters for everything including the HDI-68 plugs on modern computers.  We haven't tested it and frankly don't expect it to be working, so it's listed as parts or repair, and we offer NO WARRANTY, express or implied.
