Vintage Pheasant Red Crest Art Pottery Figurine 6"

Description

This is an art pottery pheasant figurine.  He is dark green body, brown tail with touches of red at his back and crest.  It is unmarked. Unknown maker or where made  It is 6" tall and sbout 5 1/2" long.  It is in good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. color is under glaze and there are a few tiny places that color didn't take.  Another factory flaw, in my opinion is at his tail, it is a bit rough but, all under glaze. I do not see any crazing either.  I gave him a light wipe, he still could use a little more clean up in his crevices.
A reminder that I usually sell used items.  Therefore, they are usually not in perfect condition unless I specifically indicate that they are.  I try my best to describe each item fully.
