Vintage Tiffin Vaseline Glass Poppy Vase Canary Yellow Large, measuring 9”H and 9”W. Very good condition, except there are a few short, surface level cracks dinning vertically at the base, on the outside of the piece (last 2 photos). I didn’t notice them when I was taking photos against the black background. They do not go through to the inside, and the vase still holds water-no seeping or leaking. Also, upon even closer examination, there are a few horizontal straw marks/cracks, which I am guessing are just part of these pieces, as a result of manufacturing or age, to be expected. I’ve thoroughly reviewed the “defects” of the piece, but please do not misunderstand…this is a beautiful piece! The color is a true canary yellow (with a bit of green tones apparent along the edges of the flowers, rims, etc), under normal lighting. Placed in front of a dark background, it begins to glow. That’s without a black light. Shine a black light on it and it is really something. Quite possibly the strongest “glow” of any piece I have seen to this point. The photos do not do it justice, as they do not really show the true look of the vase under black light.
