Vintage Vaseline Glass 5.5” Creamer Or Mini Pitcher in the Rose & Stem pattern. From what I’m learning from other eBay folks, these look like they were made by Summit Glass. They are marked IG (Imperial Glass mark) but then also have a V below that indicating Summit Glass.
New, old stock.
