HERE WE HAVE:
A vintage uranium glass (it glows under black light) divided serving/dip tray! I've seen pieces similar to this online (although this one is the coolest I've seen so far), all noted as being depression glass. I'm not sure that this is, it's pretty heavy duty and I don't really see the regular flaws/bubbles/seams of depression glass. The four compartment dishes on top are separate and come off the base. The platter they rest on is also uranium glass, with a silver (not tested, but it looks like sterling?) design around the edge. Starburst design on the bottom center.
CONDITION:
Acceptable condition! There is one chip each noted at the top of three different bowls; due to the wavy pattern along the edges, these are not very
noticeable unless you're looking. A few small cracks (not all the way through) on the top edge of the center bowl..this looks like it may be from production? Some surface scratches to the glass from age and use. The silver design around the edge has tarnish spots.
