Description

This is a very popular heirloom variety that does best when planted in the spring and fall.  It produces large, blue-green heads and long stalks.  Remember to use the stocks and leaves as well as the heads. Leaves are great for salads and stalks are great chopped small and put in soups or sauteed.  When the heads form, cut them off with a clean knife and new shoots will form.

Harvest 50-60 days
